Anthony Ofulue is a result-oriented development and financial services professional with passion for excellence. He attended University of Ibadan where he obtained Bachelors and Masters degrees in Agricultural Economics. He also holds a Masters degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Benin. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
The earlier part of Tony’s career was in Agricultural and Rural Development where he was involved in research, agricultural project planning, monitoring and evaluation. The second leg of his career was in the financial services sector at the Central Bank of Nigeria. His responsibilities at the bank included agricultural credit administration, off-site surveillance and on-site examination of financial institutions. He retired in 2017 as a Deputy Director.
Post retirement, Anthony Ofulue has been involved in consulting in the area of financial services as well as engagement in community service.
